If organisation wants to adopt innovation strategy it will require facilitation HRM philosophy which needs to bring out the best of existing staff. According to external fit philosophy good HR practice is dependent on the organisation's strategy. With the analysis of this model it can be claimed that HRM represents a strategic approach to managing people in the work place. In brief we can say that when HRM deals with people it is kept in mind that it needs to be strategic in approach.
